The place was well equipped, with a comfy bed and a cool swinging chair on the terrace. The location couldn't have been better - right by the beach and just a short walk from the old city. Plus, the owner was super helpful and friendly, even though I never met them in person.
The air-conditioning situation was a letdown. It was only in the kitchen/living room, so the bedroom was hot and stuffy.

We got great value for our money at Palace Kolovare. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of useful information about the area.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Apartments Palace Kolovare in Zadar for a short vacation with my family. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, just a 5-7 minute walk to the old city center and right across the street from Kolovare Beach. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and tidy, and had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or provide information about the area. a great experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location near the beach and old city. Helpful host allowed us to stay late without charge. Clean, well-furnished apartment with sea view terrace. Conveniently equipped modern studio. Clear instructions and easy check-in. Lovely stay overall.

The apartment was amazing! It had a lovely terrace with stunning city views. The seating area was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch. We felt right at home!
Personally, I found the stovetop a bit outdated, but hey, that's just me.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! the location was perfect, with the city center just a short walk away and a supermarket nearby. the apartment itself was modern and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. the hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to reach, providing us with great tips for local restaurants and supermarkets. We even received a thoughtful welcome gift of fresh cherries. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
The occasional noise from drunken passersby at night. everything else was perfect!

The apartment was spotless, with a jaw-dropping location just minutes from the beach and close to the old town. Super convenient parking in front. The check-in and check-out process was uncomplicated, and the communication with Danjiela was excellent. Her restaurant recommendation, 4Kantuna, had mind-blowing food. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Palace Kolovare! the hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to reach. the apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures - modern, clean, and perfect for two people. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, with a nearby supermarket and the bus station just a 10-minute walk away. the beach is also just across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Thank you to the hosts for their exceptional hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at the Apartments Palace Kolovare. The location was excellent, with the beach just across the street and the city center within a short walk. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The land lords were extremely friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. We also appreciated the nearby supermarket and the convenience of parking right in front of the apartment. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
